HereALL is a smart attendance and communication app for trips, excursions, school outings, and any group activity. Whether you're a teacher, team leader, tour guide or organizer, HereALL helps you manage group presence in real time, easily and reliably.
How to use
- 👤 The group leader creates an event, and others join by entering their name.
- 🔁 This is only needed once before the trip — the app remembers and automatically returns you to the last event, even after restarting.
- 📢 At any time, the leader can start an online roll call and say: "Phones out, check in!"
- ✅ A checkmark instantly appears on members’ screens — they tap it to confirm they're present.
- 📋 The leader sees who’s in and who’s missing — no more manual counting.
- 📍 Bonus: The leader can also send a message and location to help everyone find their way back after free time.
- 🔒 Optional code protection makes sure only those physically present can check in.

HereALL is available in 14 languages, including English, Hungarian, German, Spanish, Chinese, Arabic, Hindi, Japanese, and more. The app automatically follows your device’s language on first use, and you can easily change it anytime.

Privacy-first design
